Ladybug Resource Group Completes Acquisition of Real Estate Development Company “Thee Mine Inc.”

New York City, New York May 22, 2025 (Issuewire.com) - Ladybug Resource Group, Inc. ("Ladybug") (OTC PINK: LBRG) has announced the completion of the acquisition of Thee Mine Inc., a Central Florida-based real estate development company currently working on a major Family-Friendly Lifestyle Destination in the scenic town of Newbury, Florida. This expansive project will feature a range of attractions, including a 30,000-seat amphitheater (more than 75% complete), a water park, a health and wellness center, a motorsports track, and more. The amphitheater is scheduled to debut in late 2025, with the motorsports track set to open in early 2026. Full project completion is slated for early 2027.

In a company statement, Ladybug shared: "Thee Mine Inc. project is moving along at a quicker pace than first anticipated, and we are excited as Promoters are already inquiring about the booking of the faculty. As we continue our movement towards an uplist, we are seeking out additional acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships that will complement the acquisition of Thee Mine.
